As educators, we are still learning how to use collaborative content and meaning creation tools. Wikipedia has demonstrated the impact of many people working on an open project. Still, the process has faults (as does everything)...but we are learning. And learning with failure is one of the best ways to develop and grow. Are Wiki's Inherently Flawed?: "Wikis, blogs, websites (indeed, all forms of communication) carry with them the possibility that the information conveyed is not true. The more widely some information is dispersed, the bigger the potential problems."
