On Being Radical

Obvious statement: Education needs to change - it's not working. In On Being Radical, Stephen takes a historical exploration of radical movements (subjection of women, public education, technology)...and how we are at a similar crossroads in education. He then explores resource profiles, "metaversity", repositories, rights management, aggregation, syndication, and community. Note to Stephen: I'd love to see this as an article...powerpoint is nice (as is audio), but the structure in this presentation could be developed into a nice manifesto for instigating industry-wide change.
