I've previously talked about colleges as being learning outsourcing providers for corporations...this is just one niche to look at - providing organizations with knowledge audits and retention strategies...all part of the remaking of higher education to provide value and relevance in a morphing information needs era. Learners as customers for life - not for 2 - 4 years.
