Jay Cross has been developing and promoting workflow learning (WFL). David Tod-Carter notes similarities with Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS). At quick glance, a few attributes of WFL not found in EPSS: individualized, enterprise-level, web services. Both, however, are focused on near real-time, context sensitive learning.
