Gender Genie

Gender Genie (via Kairosnews)...an algorithm intended to predict the gender of an author by analyzing writing style. Simply enter a few lines of text and click submit. Interesting.

I just submitted five long blog entries of mine, and each returned "Female" by a large margin. (But- I'm male.)

Weird.

hi, yes, others have had a similar experience. Looking at the results of the algorithm, it seems as if it's "right" guess percentage is quite low.
