I believe Chatter will bring a new dimension to the Salesforce.com product - where it is a good fit. Salesforce is not charging any more for it so if you like it, use it, it's included. If it's not your thing, you're not paying any more for it and you don't have to use it. I am very excited about working with this product though, it's going to allow for a lot more creativity in Salesforce implementations I think. Garry Personally, I am very excited about it.
