		<description>Amen on Sharepoint. It&#039;s opacity and disdain for the user are remarkable. It reminds me of another MS Nightmare, the CRM plugin to Outlook. It absorbed countless hours as we valiantly tried to extract from it the promised value.</description>

You&#039;re right Sharepoint is horrible and ugly to use out of the box, unless all you&#039;re using it for is document-sharing (it&#039;s core strength). Before using it as a communication tool it needs a &lt;b&gt;lot&lt;/b&gt; of design and customisation work.
