The process should be so simple for the end user that it’s a matter of click and enter. That’s why blogger is so big – simple, easy…anyone can do it. When it comes to technology, this important fact is often overlooked by planners/designers.

    Easy web publishing is a key feature of Wikis too. My students created their own homepage, PIM and portfolio outline within 5-15 minutes. Some of them had never published on the web before.
